ChainCatcher news, Vitalik Buterin posted on social media today urging industry participants to start working on ERC-3770 and ERC-7683, addressing potential issues that may affect future address space expansion for community users.

He added that the main challenge of 32 bytes lies at the contract level (many contracts use mod 2** 160 to handle addresses), while ERC-3770 is at the UI level, and the two are orthogonal to each other.
