ChainCatcher news, Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett stated on social media that the chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Rostin Behnam, indicated that the Illinois court confirmed that BTC and ETH are digital commodities as defined by the Commodity Exchange Act.
