ChainCatcher message, according to Arkham monitoring, in the past 20 minutes, the wallet address marked as "German government" has transferred out 2800 BTC again.

Among them, 1500 BTC was transferred to a suspected B2C2 Group address, 300 BTC to a Coinbase address, 500 BTC to a Bitstamp address, and 500 BTC to an address starting with bc1qu3.
