Jupiter: 4 upgrades completed and will be used for sanctum token release

1. MinOutput: A brand new way to Swap at the time of release.
2. Alpha Vault: Allows depositors to be the first Swap users in the pool.
3. Dynamic Airdrops: Teams can add custom rewards, meaning the longer you wait to claim the airdrop, the more incentives you receive.
4. Airdrop Vesting: Teams issuing tokens can now customize the redemption parameters for airdrop recipients.
