Ripple CEO: Harris should lead the Democratic Party to support cryptocurrency to win votes

ChainCatcher message, in response to U.S. Democratic Congressman Brad Sherman's remarks about "the unsustainable value of Bitcoin," Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse commented that Vice President Harris would do well not to listen to (and to stay away from) such nonsensical people. The Democratic Party has not won any votes due to its opposition to cryptocurrency (and thus opposition to innovation), while the Republican Party has gained votes by embracing and encouraging innovation in the U.S. It's time to catch up with many other leading economies and governments that have clear road rules.
