ChainCatcher message, the Snapshot page shows that the DODO community has initiated a proposal to "migrate 20 million DODO to the Base mainnet for future incentive governance." Voting will go live today at 18:00 and will end on July 28 at 18:00. The proposal states that these tokens are intended to attract more users to use DODO as an aggregator and increase protocol revenue.
