Bitfarms co-founder Nicolas Bonta resigns from the board

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Bitfarms co-founder Nicolas Bonta announced his resignation from the board of directors, CEO Ben Gagnon has been appointed as a member of the company's board, and chief director Brian Howlett has been appointed as the new independent chairman.
