Former Binance executive Hon Ng joins Bitget as Chief Legal Officer

ChainCatcher news, Bitget announced the appointment of former Binance executive Hon Ng as Chief Legal Officer (CLO). Hon Ng will play a key role in leading the company's global business development and assisting Bitget in continuing to advance global compliance operations and strategic expansion.

It is reported that Hon Ng has over 20 years of legal experience and has been recognized by the Financial Times as one of the Top 20 legal leaders globally. Prior to joining Bitget, he served as the General Counsel and Head of Government Affairs and Policy at Binance. Before that, he worked at Uber, helping it grow from a startup to a global tech giant. Prior to entering the tech field, Hon Ng worked at law firms Latham & Watkins, White & Case, and Herbert Smith Freehills as a corporate and M&A lawyer.
