ChainCatcher message, according to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa's monitoring, the suspected Binance address 0xE69 has initiated withdrawal requests for 190,000 ETH (worth approximately $513 million) on Arbitrum in the past week.

Perhaps in response to the situation of "大量向币安充值 Arb ETH 却提出主网 ETH" (a large amount of Arb ETH being deposited to Binance while requesting mainnet ETH). Currently, the earliest withdrawn 20,000 ETH has passed the waiting period and has been re-deposited back into Binance's hot wallet.
