TON Status: Insufficient verification node restarts, urging nodes to restart as soon as possible

ChainCatcher message, TON Status announced that mainnet validators with an index less than 100 have not yet had enough validators restart their nodes using the correct flag. It urges participants who have not yet restarted their nodes with the new flag to do so as soon as possible.
