Telegram update platform FAQ, removed the statement about chat privacy

ChainCatcher news, according to @tier10k's post on the X platform, Telegram has quietly updated its Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) by removing "All Telegram chats and groups are private conversations between participants. We do not handle any requests related to them."
