Yu Weiwen: A new project will be announced at the Hong Kong FinTech Week

ChainCatcher news, Hong Kong Monetary Authority President Yu Weiwen stated that there will be "good news to share soon" regarding interconnectivity, the Greater Bay Area, and financial technology, and new developments in financial technology projects will be announced at the Hong Kong FinTech Week 2024 at the end of the month.

Regarding the importance of developing tokenization in Hong Kong, Yu Weiwen said that if Hong Kong can become a pioneer in tokenization development and establish a mature technology, operation, and issuance system, then as tokenization becomes increasingly popular, "business will naturally gather here."
