US Election Live: Voting has begun in 8 states, including New York

ChainCatcher news, according to CNN, as of 6 AM Eastern Time (7 PM Beijing Time), polling stations in 8 states, including New York, have opened. The states that are fully open include: Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, New Hampshire, and Virginia.

The states that are not fully open include: Indiana and Kentucky (which open at 7 AM in Central Time areas), and Maine (where cities with populations under 500 open no later than 10 AM).
