ChainCatcher news, according to BusinessInsider, Elon Musk has amended the lawsuit against OpenAI to include Microsoft as a defendant, claiming that their partnership is a "de facto merger," and accusing them of anti-competitive behavior. The lawsuit also names Microsoft board member and former OpenAI board member Reid Hoffman as a defendant.
