ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, former Binance executive and current managing partner of Nomad Capital, Erick Zhang, announced the launch of the ICO platform BuidlPad, intended for KYC-compliant users in non-restricted areas.

It is reported that Eirck was responsible for Binance's token issuance platform Binance Launchpad during his tenure at Binance, and residents from restricted areas such as the United States and China will be excluded from ICO sales conducted through this platform.
