Yonhap News: Do Kwon is likely to be extradited to the United States

ChainCatcher news, according to Yonhap News Agency, the constitutional appeal submitted by Do Kwon, the founder of Terraform Labs, in Montenegro has been dismissed. The Constitutional Court of Montenegro announced that the unanimous opinion of all judges is to reject Do Kwon's constitutional appeal.

This decision means that Do Kwon will be tried in South Korea or the United States, with the specific decision to be made by the Minister of Justice of Montenegro. Given the previous stance of the Ministry of Justice and other factors, Yonhap News Agency believes that Do Kwon is likely to be extradited to the United States.
