ChainCatcher message, according to @ai_9684xtpa's monitoring, one hour ago the multi-signature address 0xe36…74E62 transferred 220 million BGB to a Dead Address for destruction, worth 1.4 billion dollars; tracing back the source of the funds leads to the Bitget token deployment address.

Three days ago, Bitget announced a new version of the white paper: it will first destroy 800 million BGB, accounting for 40% of the total supply, and it seems that the destruction may have already begun in batches through the multi-signature address.
