Trump nominates Caroline Pham as acting chair of the U.S. CFTC

Sources say that the five commissioners of the CFTC voted on Monday to confirm Pham as acting chair. The commission typically approves the acting chair nominee selected by the incoming administration. Pham and a spokesperson for the CFTC declined to comment.
