ChainCatcher news, Jupiter DAO has released answers to questions related to the airdrop: Users marked as witches can submit appeals after January 27; the Jupuary airdrop supports claims from any device, and Carrots rewards will be processed separately; for users who mistakenly displayed a 25 JUP allocation limit, the platform promises to show the corresponding limit on the dashboard within a week.

In addition, users who have lost access or used temporary emails must submit a ticket via Discord after January 27, and users with stolen wallets can prevent others from accessing tokens by signing a waiver.
