ChainCatcher news, as the EU's regulation on crypto assets market comes into full effect, cryptocurrency exchange Kraken is preparing to delist several stablecoins for customers in the European Economic Area. The exchange announced that it will gradually remove margin trading restrictions for USDT, PYUSD, EURT, TUSD, and UST for EEA users starting from February 13. Spot trading will cease on March 24, pending orders will be canceled, and assets will no longer be convertible to cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies.

Kraken stated that this move ensures compliance with MiCA and allows it to maintain long-term operations in Europe.
