The Qichacha APP shows that on February 5, Deepseek Limited and DEEPSEEK (HK) LIMITED were established in Hong Kong, both classified as private limited companies.

It is worth noting that DeepSeek, officially known as Hangzhou Deep Seek Artificial Intelligence Basic Technology Research Co., Ltd., has successfully registered multiple DeepSeek trademarks, with international classifications involving social law, design research, scientific instruments, and more.
