LIBRA sponsor KIP Protocol: There was no meeting with Argentine President Milei in January this year

ChainCatcher news, LIBRA's main sponsor KIP Protocol issued a response to the "official statement from the Argentine Presidential Office regarding the issuance of LIBRA tokens": "Mauricio Novelli is not a member of the KIP team; Novelli is the founder of Argentina Techforum, and KIP sponsored him in October 2024. KIP Protocol has never met with Argentine President Javier Milei in January 2025."

Previous news, this morning the Argentine Presidential Office issued a statement stating that President Javier Milei met with KIP Protocol's representative in Argentina on October 19 last year. Attendees included KIP Protocol company representatives Mauricio Novelli and Julian Peh, as well as presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni.
