Boyaa Interactive announced a further investment of approximately $4.18 million in the Web3 project MTT ESports

ChainCatcher news, the Hong Kong-listed company Boyaa Interactive announced that it has signed a subscription warrant with MTT ESports Limited, and will invest further in MTT ESports with 4,180,749 USDT as consideration (the second investment). After the completion of the second investment, Boyaa Interactive will acquire 10% of the total issuance of MTT tokens, which is 210 million MTT tokens. The expected MTT tokens will begin to unlock linearly starting from January 2026, and will be fully unlocked within approximately 48 months. After the completion of the second investment, the total investment value of Boyaa Interactive in MTT ESports will amount to approximately 10 million USD.
