ChainCatcher message, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin retweeted the Ethereum Foundation's tweet, announcing that the Ethereum Foundation will donate $1.25 million for the legal defense of Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev, stating that "privacy is normal, writing code is not a crime."
