Zhu Su: Officially takes over leadership of OXFUN and will launch a roadmap

· Nico will continue to serve alongside me in a leadership role, responsible for partnerships.

· The team is being expanded. Talent is crucial, and we are actively seeking individuals who align with OXFUN's mission and bring new energy to help us grow the business. Importantly, as part of this restructuring, no employees have been affected or laid off.

· The badges for OXFUN on X will be reassessed. These badges have never represented an employment relationship with OXFUN, nor were they issued in exchange for payment. The current focus is on building in a new and exciting way on the strong foundation they have created, which will be explored in depth in the coming days. A roadmap will be launched to clarify the next steps, priorities, and the future of the ecosystem.
