Bitwise launches Europe's first Bitcoin and gold mixed ETP product BTCG

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, asset management company Bitwise launched an exchange-traded product (ETP) tracking Bitcoin and gold on March 6 in the Euronext exchanges in Paris and Amsterdam.

The product, named Bitwise Diaman Bitcoin & Gold ETP (BTCG), replicates the Diaman Bitcoin and Gold Index, which dynamically reallocates value between BTC and gold based on the risk-adjusted performance of Bitcoin, in order to take advantage of the cyclical trends between risk appetite and risk aversion behavior in financial markets.
