NBA star Dinwiddie founded Calaxy and launched a Web3 creator fund

ChainCatcher news, Calaxy, founded by NBA star Spencer Dinwiddie and tech entrepreneur Solo Ceesay, announced the launch of the Web3 creator fund "It's Your World" at the SXSW conference in Austin, Texas. The fund currently has a size of $1 million and aims to help creators in the Web3 space cultivate an "independent CEO mindset." Calaxy completed a $26 million funding round in 2022, led by the HBAR Foundation and Animoca Brands, with participation from Polygon.
