Kraken announces the acquisition of NinjaTrader for $1.5 billion
ChainCatcher news, Kraken announces the acquisition of the U.S. futures trading platform NinjaTrader for $1.5 billion. Digital asset futures and derivatives services can now be offered in the U.S. as NinjaTrader has obtained CFTC registration. Additionally, Kraken's regulatory licenses in the UK, EU, and Australia will support NinjaTrader's expansion in these regions.
