Hut 8 may divest its subsidiary and is considering acquiring a hyperscale data center company

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Clear Street pointed out in its latest research report that Bitcoin mining company Hut 8 may divest its subsidiary American Bitcoin Corp, established in collaboration with the Trump family, to focus on high-margin data center hosting business and is considering acquiring a hyperscaler.

The agency has given Hut 8 a "buy" rating with a target price of $23.
