ChainCatcher news, investment company Republic will acquire crypto trading platform operator INX Digital (INXDF) at a valuation of up to $60 million.

It is reported that Republic's subsidiary Republic Strategic Acquisition will acquire all issued shares of INX. The transaction is expected to be completed within eight months, subject to closing conditions.
