Yoon Suk-yeol pointed out that the prosecution "almost wrote several hours of events into the indictment" and "this is an indictment that lists events that occurred from 10:30 PM on December 3 (last year) to around 2-3 AM." He stated, "I believe this does not conform to legal principles." After Yoon Suk-yeol's statement, the judge announced a temporary recess at 12 PM local time, and the hearing will continue at 2:15 PM local time, which is 1:15 PM Beijing time.
