Alabama, USA has canceled the enforcement action against Coinbase

ChainCatcher news, Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal stated on the X platform: "We have made half the progress: Alabama has just withdrawn its enforcement action against Coinbase—within just two months, the number of states filing such erroneous staking lawsuits has been halved.

There are still five states choosing to waste taxpayers' resources on lawsuits, four of which also prohibit staking on Coinbase, depriving consumers of their right to profit on the platform of their choice."
