Sui mainnet upgraded to V1.48.2

ChainCatcher news, according to official disclosure, the Sui mainnet has been upgraded to version V1.48.2, while the protocol has been upgraded to version 82.

Other upgrade highlights include cleanup and minor fixes to the Sui System, enabling TLS encryption support when connecting to validator nodes via the gRPC interface, the format of the generated Move debug trace files will be compressed, and existing test traces need to be regenerated for use, etc.
