Telegram's mass account bans, dark web market Haowang Guarantee announces closure
ChainCatcher news, Telegram conducted a large-scale ban on accounts related to crypto crimes on May 13, leading to the dark web market Haowang Guarantee, formerly known as Huione Guarantee, announcing that it would cease operations immediately. The platform previously offered services such as cryptocurrency laundering, scam tools, and deepfake software through Telegram, with a total transaction volume reaching up to $27 billion, primarily using Tether (USDT) for transactions.
