GSR has reached an investment cooperation with Maverix Securities to jointly develop digital asset products

ChainCatcher news, according to Decrypt, the crypto investment firm GSR has completed an equity investment in the Swiss investment solutions provider Maverix Securities.

Under the cooperation agreement, the two parties will jointly develop digital asset products aimed at institutional and professional investors. The product line will include yield-enhancing structured solutions, crypto index strategies, and derivative tools. As part of the collaboration, GSR's Managing Director Alain Kunz will join the Maverix board. GSR will provide digital asset liquidity and risk management technology support, while Maverix will be responsible for issuing compliant investment products on the Swiss Exchange (SIX).
