Nasdaq plans to allow iShares Ethereum Trust to conduct physical subscriptions and redemptions

ChainCatcher news, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Nasdaq has submitted a rule change application to the SEC to allow the iShares Ethereum Trust to introduce a physical Ethereum redemption mechanism and be renamed "iShares Ethereum Trust ETF." The change also includes the addition of Anchorage Digital Bank as the custodian to enhance operational efficiency and diversify service risks.
