The article praises the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve (SBR) and describes the governor as a "staunch supporter of cryptocurrency." Greg Abbott is expected to sign the SBR into law.

Previously reported, Texas passed the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve bill SB21, which was approved by a vote of 101 in favor and 42 against in its third reading, and it has now been submitted to the governor's office for signing.
