2025-05-23 16:32:17

ChainCatcher news, encrypted KOL AB Kuai.Dong (@_FORAB) posted on X, stating that according to community information and confirmation from several industry insiders, the Cetus protocol, which was attacked by hackers on May 22, was developed by a team that previously created the decentralized finance project Crema Finance on the Solana ecosystem.

Previously, Crema Finance suffered a hack in 2022, resulting in a loss of approximately $9.6 million in funds. After the attack, the hacker voluntarily returned about $8 million of the stolen funds.
