Under U.S. federal law, the presidential seal may not be used in a way that could "convey the false impression of government sponsorship or approval," and violators may face fines or up to six months in prison. Trump arrived at the dinner via military helicopter from the White House and spoke to 220 top investors, who collectively invested about $148 million in $TRUMP tokens.
