Sources: Japan's Ministry of Finance is considering adjusting its bond issuance plan

ChainCatcher news, two sources familiar with the plan stated that the Japanese Ministry of Finance will consider adjusting the composition of the bond issuance plan for the current fiscal year ending in March 2026, which may include a reduction in the issuance of ultra-long-term bonds.

The sources said that the Ministry of Finance will make a decision after discussions with market participants in mid to late June.
