BPX is a digital securities trading platform that can provide services to UK institutional clients and approve related promotional content for its group members. This registration does not cover retail customer services or the operation of crypto exchanges. Since 2020, the FCA has only approved 52 companies for registration, and the compliance threshold for crypto remains stringent.
