CME Group: May cryptocurrency contract average daily trading volume increased by 145%

ChainCatcher news, according to PR Newswire, the derivatives market CME Group announced the May futures contract data, with an average daily trading volume of 28.9 million contracts on the platform, where the average daily trading volume of cryptocurrency contracts increased by 145%, including:

1. Ethereum futures contracts recorded an average daily trading volume of 17,000 contracts;
2. Micro Ethereum futures contracts saw an average daily trading volume increase of 235%, reaching 92,000 contracts;
3. Micro Bitcoin futures contracts experienced an average daily trading volume increase of 95%, reaching 65,000 contracts.
