The report shows: Hong Kong's global competitiveness returns to the top three

ChainCatcher news, according to Jinshi Data reports, the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland, released the "2025 World Competitiveness Yearbook" on the 17th, showing that Hong Kong's global competitiveness ranking has risen two places to third in the world, marking its first return to the top three since 2019.

Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee met with the media before the Executive Council meeting on the same day, stating that the yearbook evaluates the competitiveness of global economies based on a combination of objective data and business opinions. The yearbook indicates a significant improvement in Hong Kong's competitiveness, with a total score of 99.2 out of 100, an increase of 7.7 points, the highest growth among the top ten.
