AltLayer: 200 million ALT tokens cross-chain swap has been completed

Previously, due to the increasing demand for ERC20 ALT on Binance, the liquidity of ERC20 ALT on the exchange had become severely insufficient. Therefore, the Binance team requested AltLayer's assistance in converting BEP20 ALT tokens to ERC20 ALT tokens to balance the liquidity.
