ChainCatcher news reports that according to Ember monitoring, a whale/institution that made a profit of 30.45 million USD through two ETH waves has continued to buy the dip, purchasing 30,000 ETH (worth 72.32 million USD) in the last 8 hours after the market drop last night. This whale/institution transferred 58.91 million USDC to Wintermute and 24 million USDC to Coinbase after the drop, and then withdrew 24,000 ETH from Wintermute and 6,000 ETH from Coinbase.

Since starting the third ETH wave operation on June 11, a total of 297 million USDC has been spent to buy 115,400 ETH over the past 10 days, with an average price of around 2,574 USD, currently showing an unrealized loss of 18.35 million USD. There are only 30 million USDC left in the address available for purchase, and if they do not continue to leverage purchases by borrowing USDC against staked ETH, this round of buying may soon be completed.
