The final testnet of the stablecoin yield protocol R2 officially launched on June 25 at 15:00
ChainCatcher message, the RWA stablecoin yield protocol R2 announced that the final testnet officially launched at 15:00 Beijing time on June 25, with the testing period expected to last about two months. The current phase supports interaction with the Ethereum Sepolia network, and the Wormhole cross-chain bridge function is expected to go live around July 11, along with the launch of multi-chain interaction capabilities.
This round of testing will focus on verifying core functions such as sR2USD auto-compounding staking, R2 Token simulated claiming, full-chain exit mechanism, and cross-chain bridge, in preparation for the mainnet launch.
R2 is building a yield-generating stablecoin protocol that allows everyone to access institutional-level real-world asset returns. Users deposit USDC or USDT, and the platform allocates the funds to various RWA strategies in different regions, charging a small management fee and performance fee.
