ChainCatcher news, Nasdaq-listed company Amber International Holding Limited announced that it has successfully signed a private placement subscription agreement totaling $25.5 million. The investors in this strategic financing include Mile Green, Harvest Capital, Pantera Capital, Choco Up, and others.

The funds raised will be used to accelerate Amber International's business expansion of institutional-grade crypto services in the United States and Southeast Asia, as well as to enhance its crypto reserve strategy, stablecoin, and asset tokenization services in the realm of real-world assets (RWA).
