Both founders of Conflux are executive directors of Navigating Pharmaceutical Biotechnology

ChainCatcher news, public information shows that the two founders of Conflux, Long Fan and Wu Ming, are both executive directors of the Hong Kong-listed company, Pioneer Pharmaceutical Biotechnology.

Currently, Pioneer Pharmaceutical Biotechnology has a total market capitalization of HKD 371 million, approximately USD 47.26 million. The total market capitalization of Conflux (CFX) token is USD 393 million, ranking 138th in the cryptocurrency market capitalization list.

ChainCatcher previously reported that the Hong Kong-listed company Pioneer Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Limited (00399) announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding, planning to acquire 100% equity of a target company, provided that the target company completes the acquisition of Conflux blockchain-related assets. The acquisition consideration will be paid in cash, company shares, or convertible bonds, with the specific amount to be determined.
