SEC Chairman: Stock Tokenization is on the Rise

ChainCatcher news, according to CNBC, SEC Chairman Paul Atkins appeared on CNBC's financial program "Squawk Box" to discuss the rise of stock tokenization, stating that stock tokenization technology will make private markets more accessible to the public, as well as how to make private markets easier for the public to enter, how to regulate private markets, and the recent priorities of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

He stated that the SEC will study SPAC rules.
