According to Blockworks, Eigen Labs announced a layoff of about 25% (29 employees) and is shifting its business focus to EigenCloud.

EigenCloud was launched last month and is a developer platform focused on off-chain and on-chain verification. a16z announced an investment of $70 million, and the company has raised a total of $220 million, including $50 million in the 2023 Series A funding.
